If any goods are delivered which are not to our high standards, please note ALL postage costs to return the goods to us are liable for full payment by yourselves solely.
If we seek to send a product/item which is similar to the one you have ordered, we will email first before the goods are dispatched to ensure the substitute is acceptable.
We endeavour to achieve a 10/10 in terms of service, however we are not immune to the odd hiccup. Communication is the way forward. Please be courteous and we will deal with your enquiry as fast as possible.
All goods are payable in full before being despatched. Once we have confirmation, we will despatch in 12/24 hours.
Please note: We will not be held financially responsible for any late deliveries by 3rd parties such as couriers as this is fully out of our control. As a result we do NOT refund payments made on an order for delivery costs. Thank you for your understanding
On all Garden furniture suites we offer an industry standard 12 month guarantee from the point of delivery.
Important Information Regarding Delivery of All Garden Furniture Orders:
Door Step Delivery Only.
This means that we do NOT go through houses, neighbouring properties, garages, alleyways, etc – this is for insurance purposes.
Goods must be signed for.
Bearing in mind that this is a door step delivery, you may wish to arrange some assistance.
We do NOT take away or dispose of cardboard or rubbish.
We always try to meet dates and time slots requested by the customer for delivery, however for logistical reasons this is not always possible. We will always call prior to delivery to confirm a day and time slot.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are at your property at the time of confirmed delivery, failed delivery attempts are charged at £50.00
When unpacking your new set, please ensure to turn chairs and sofas upside as cushions are packed on the underside.
All customers are entitled to 14 day return policy as standard.

Though we take great care to package your goods up before handing them over to a 3rd party courier service for delivery, we will not be held responsible for any damage to the products’ packaging within transit.
Please note: Delivery timescales may differ depending on the time of year. During regular season please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. During the peak Christmas shopping season please allow up to 6 Working days for delivery of all order – Please note working days do not include weekends.

Other important points:
Please note after you have placed your order, we cannot amend, change or cancel any orders – Once you have placed your order this is your purchase.
We can only dispatch to the address you supply – Please ensure your delivery address details are correct when placing your order as these are what the courier will deliver too – these cannot be amended.
Please note after delivery scans have been applied to the tracking of your parcel, should you have any issues with your order we require notice of issues to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery – issues reported outside of this timeframe cannot be enacted upon.
